Representing a network of nearly 3million beds across Europe, The Class Foundation and partners has grown since 2011 into a strategic advisor and leading voice for the Purpose Built Student Accommodation sector. We continue to address the continent’s critical student housing shortage, with a vision of closing the unmet demand of 3.2 million beds by 2030, by unlocking a €450 billion investment opportunity for private and institutional capital.

We are working towards this long-term goal by professionalising the sector and empowering stakeholders from across public and private to work together.
