Student Experience expands to Spain with construction of 600 PBSA units in Madrid

Student Experience has received the building permit for the construction of a Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. Construction will begin this month and completion is expected at the end of 2022. The student housing complex will include 600 independent studios, commercial spaces, and a multitude of facilities. The construction method is a combination of prefabricated elements and parts to be made on site.
