- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Based in The Netherlands (ideally Amsterdam)
- Initial 1 year contract with prospect for renewal
- 5 + years of marketing & digital marketing experience, ideally in a matrixed enviornment
- International work environment with EU Travel

THE MARCOMM ROLE:
- Working with senior management to design and deliver a content and marketing strategy.
- Implement and improve the existing event marketing campaigns for The Class activities
- Manage the creative/design process for marketing material.
- Handle social media campaigns - from concept to completion.
- Develop strategic audience development plans.
- Grow our European media relations.
- Create a strong message house and content plan
- Collaborate with our events and programme team to develop digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain all our event and engagement platforms.
- Manage a small team of creative freelancers (for e.g.; graphic designer and web developer) and a Marketing Assistant.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications professional with a minimum of five years experience in events, hospitality, real estate, or related sectors. The ideal candidate should hold a BSc in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a relevant field and demonstrate strong project management skills.
- Execute B2B marketing strategies, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics for effective digital marketing.
- Develop and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns on LinkedIn.
- Create captivating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.
- Demonstrate exceptional copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Utilize graphic design skills, including proficiency with Adobe CC.
- Manage multiple platforms, including Hootsuite, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Google Products, and Microsoft.
- Prior experience with Salesforce and Monday.com (or similar platforms) is highly desirable.
- Expertise in newsletter design, delivery, and performance tracking.
- Competent in managing social media platforms and fostering online communities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and media partners.
- Familiarity with website content management systems.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, including confident speaking and calling abilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure effectively.
- Possess a fabulous sense of humour and a can-do attitude!
- Enthusiastic about traveling and socializing.
