This is an open internship position to assist the team in the performance of the various leadership responsibilities, which are essential to the successful administration of the organisation. Ideally, you’re someone who has a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, with a great mind for problem-solving.

  • Marketing & Communications
  • Business Development & Partnerships
  • Programme Coordination
  • Research & Analysis

Candidate profile :

We believe the below traits are useful to have for this position, though we do realise you may not tick all the boxes. For us the most important is that you are enthusiastic about our organisation, the sector, and you’re good with data.

  • Mandatory: currently enrolled in a Dutch university (either BA or MA) and living in The Netherlands (ideally Amsterdam)
  • Mandatory: fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of another European language would be an advantage.
  • Friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging with people.
  • Passionate about learning about different organisations and building meaningful relationships.
  • Competent English writer.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
  • Self-motivated and team player.
